Our Health Care Navigators are usually the first point of contact and are here to help you. They have a lot of information to hand and in most cases will be able to help with your enquiry, they will ask questions about your illness to ensure that you see the appropriate clinician.

Please note, the GP will call you twice if both calls are unanswered you will need to ring the next day at 8am to re-book.
Anything that is discussed with the Health Care Navigators or any other member of the team is treated in strict confidence. Please respect the privacy of others.
You have the right to be treated courteously, and our Heath Care Navigators also have the right to be treated courteously by you.
Cancellations
If, before your appointment, you no longer need to see the doctor, then please ring the practice to let us know. We will then be able to offer your slot to another patient.
