Out of the the 24 responses (extremely) comments were, ‘Flu and Covid Clinic very well organised. In and out very quickly’. ‘Seen on time. Friendly Receptionist. Phlebotomist very friendly, explained procedure, asked if I was ok with the needles, had correct PPE on’. ‘Making an appointment using the web link was easy, especially when I rang at 8am, not so easy after that’. ‘Reception always available to answer questions to move query to correct area’.
Out of the 24 responses ( Good) Comments were , ‘Good because always been helpful for me and my son’. ‘Good service with the Doctor, but follow ups slow’. ‘Difficulty in getting an appointment. Procedures changed again. Once surgery is contacted appointment is swiftly made. Doctors treatment is always thorough and politely delivered’. ‘All staff are friendly and helpful’.
Out of the 4 responses (Neither good nor poor ) Comments were : ‘Not enough medical appointments on line’. ‘Good when you get an appointment, seems a little better since Florey Link’.
